You should be fired if…

I’m very fortunate, most of the leaders I’ve worked with over the last decade or so have been great and I’ve learned loads from them all (okay there’s been the odd dodgy one but i learned a lot from them too). Maybe I’m too much of an optimist but the amount of times I hear people complaining about their Chief Exec or Change / Portfolio Director is crazy.

This got me thinking, how do you know if you are bad, because most people think they are pretty good at their job.  Furthermore, what are the behaviors would you experience from a bad senior portfolio leader, bad enough to make you feel they should be fired.  Here are some of my meandering thoughts on the subject…
